There is a negative thought process that anchors itself in the hearts of men and women. We call it the Orphan Heart. It's widespread and holds believers back from experiencing the fullness of God’s love and living it out with others.
At Shiloh Place, we have helped thousands of people break free of living like they don’t measure up. Many more say they didn’t realize they had Orphan Thinking until we explained it. Join us as we help you realize your true identity and begin to walk in love and authority as sons and daughters of our Heavenly Father.

The Heart of Sonship Encounter will help you identify and overcome orphan thinking. You will discover your true identity as a son or daughter of God.
You will also gain great tools and teaching to help others discover who they were created to be as dearly loved child of God; a son or daughter entrusted with their Father’s kingdom.

Danbury is a scenic getaway south east of Houston, with hotel style rooms, walking trails and fishing lakes.
- FISHING - There are three lakes adjacent to the Lodge where you can test your angling skills. There is a catfish lake, a lake full of large bronze-nose perch and the Lodge’s trophy bass lake. Reservations and other financial considerations are required.
- LODGING - 23 beautifully decorated rooms with two oversized twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower (six meet ADA requirements).
- THE GROUNDS - The grounds are well kept and provide a tranquil environment for walks under 100 year old oak trees, sitting, relaxing, or watching the sun go down over one of the many lakes
